Movement
From gentle beginners practices to advanced level fitness and yoga for both kids and adults, we truly do have something for the whole family to enjoy. The CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) advises adults need a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise every week (for example 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week) in addition to 2 or more days a week for muscle strengthening activities for all major muscle groups.
