Dr Ben Lee
As a full time clinical dermatologist Dr Ben specializes in skin allergies for children and adults. He
graduated from Barts and the London School of Medicine in 2006 & is a member of the Royal College of Physicians MRCP (UK)
Astrid Vineyard
As a certified Holistic Yoga Flow teacher, trained by Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom, Astrid’s classes revolve around the body-mind-soul connection, finding stillness in movement and a deep awareness of breath and alignment. She also draws from her experience of being a singer, dancer and actress, 20 years of teaching voice and practicing Vipassana meditation.
Natalie Valle
Natalie is a purposeful and intentional leader in the wellness space. As a student and warrior of the light, she teaches from her own life experience the beauty and art of loving yourself, how to heal from negative patterns, and manifest the life of your dreams. She is certified in Soundology, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200)
