WEEK ONE OVERVIEW
The second module is all about getting grounded and will grant you access to our popular 'Tree of Life' Magic Meditation. This fun activity is fantastic for anchoring awareness into practice and builds emotional intelligence skills while having fun!
Module Three is all about the magic of relaxation in order to create brilliant Superhero Balance. You will learn how to lead a mindful body scan practice designed especially for kids with our Rainbow Magic Meditation.
The final training module has a focus on Super Hero Breath. We learn how to use this powerful tool to tame unruly emotions and empower children to understand they always have a powerful choice to make in how they react to any given situation.
Formal Certification at the end of the four training modules & practice sessions will empower you to be able to lead classes in person in your own area, or online virtually. You may also formally apply to become a Little Lessons of Light online teacher too. You will receive lesson plans for all classes taught to use as part of your own practice.
